One aspect that really impressed me was the personalized attention I received during my stay. The front desk staff remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. This level of attention extended beyond the front desk, as I encountered the same exceptional level of service from all the other staff members throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and paid meticulous attention to detail in my room. The hotel is located in a very central area close to everything and at the same time the area is relatively quiet. Right near the hotel’s entrance there is a big grocery shop, few meters ahead there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two good restaurants and a very delicious bakery shop. The staff were very welcoming and at the service of all customers. We were a family of five and got two big connected rooms which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries did not only include the basic soaps and shampoo but also shaving kits and toothbrushes etc…things we don’t always get in other five star hotels.
