They embodied the essence of excellent customer service. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also went the extra mile to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to help with any request or question created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. It was clear that they took great pride in their roles. One aspect that really impressed me was the personalized attention I received during my stay. The front desk staff remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. This level of attention extended beyond the front desk, as I encountered the same exceptional level of service from all the other staff members throughout the hotel. Andalusia restaurant staff were equally remarkable, offering impeccable service during breakfast. Their friendly and accommodating attitude towards dietary preferences made dining at the restaurant a truly delightful experience. Moreover, the Bristol Hotel's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in the small yet meaningful gestures. A personalized handwritten note in my room upon arrival and the fruit plate.

Staff are great! Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Helped me with my requests that I had for them, booked taxis etc for me. All very polite. Can’t fault their service. Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Was a great stay and when I come back to Amman I’ll book again!

Great place. Communication prior to arrival was fast. Arranging airport pickup was perfect. Lobby is very nice. Staff were excellent. Room was very nice. Breakfast was more than adequate (I do dislike having to ask for coffee, they are never around when you need them). Arranged tours through hotel and except for one small hiccup everything was good. Check out smooth.

I received a free upgrade to a junior suite. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and catered to my taste. It was centrally located near my workplace. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
